Currently, our customer support hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EDT), Monday through Friday. Eii offers emergency after-hours support. Please use this service for emergency phone support only. Customers may call up to 4 times per month without an additional charge. Also, please do not use a technician’s direct extension or email address. If that specific technician is not in the office, your message will not be received.

Visit Engineering Innovation's home for real-time status information for all services related to Eii equipment and web services. On Eii's service status website you'll find live and historical data on system performance. If there are any interruptions in service, they can be found on the service status website. Here customers can also subscribe to get live updates on the status of their equipment sent directly to their phone or email!
