Overview

Easily sort parcels to large Gaylords and pallet-sized containers with Eii’s LightSort® Gaylord Rack. This advanced solution leverages LightSort® Light-Directed Technology to illuminate the correct destination for each scanned package, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Configurable in U or L shapes, it reduces walking time and integrates seamlessly with existing workflows. Large containers can be moved with forklifts or pallet jacks to expedite bulk sorting. Pair ring scanners and assign operator slots via the touchscreen interface for quick setup. The system supports linking multiple racks for scalable sorting and includes Print-On-Demand for location tags, enhancing operational speed and flexibility.
